My experience has included developing and implementing learning programs both in education and business environments with 100% success rate. Course offerings were increased by 300% within higher education environment. Instructional design of courses have included using the ADDIE model, the Dick and Carey systems approach, and the ARCS model where appropriate. Many online courses were developed in the areas of kinesiology, religion, Spanish, art, business, and psychology. To enhance the learning experience, various technology media has been used as appropriate. Both professional and organizational sessions have been conducted at conference sessions utilizing instructor-led workshops, e-learning courses, and webinars. During the course of my career, I have trained different types of learners such as executives, mechanics, business owners, administrators, managers, clerical, teachers, faculty, staff, and students in both education and business environments.
