Course Design

  • Developed course template for entire organization
  • Edited Images and added to test questions in Spanish and Art Courses
  • Utilized Drag and Drop Test questions on images in quizzes
  • Edited and Converted Lectures from ISpring to video files MP4 format
  • Edited  and Converted Audio Lectures to Mp3 Format and then converted to Text format for APA compliance

  • Edited and converted video files for inserting into discussion forums, assignments, and test questions
  • Imported Test questions from Publishers into courses using Respondus and ExamView
  • Created video instructions for faculty to know how to create lectures using ISpring and PowerPoint
  • Create video instructions for students to learn how to create PowerPoints with audio for assignments
  • Used Workshop Collaboration feature in LMS to provide collaboration between students for assignments and reviewing audio PowerPoints

Other Academic Examples Created for Faculty

1) Test appeals: Created a test appeals interactive pdf form for the student to send feedback to instructor on the grading of an examination taken online.

2) EAR: Excused Absence Request fillable pdf form for those who miss class due to authorized travel, etc but need to stay current.

3) Advisement: My own Moodle page for academic advisers. I am probably the only faculty member doing this. I love having scheduler for students to sign-up for advisement times.

4) UIL Online: I absolutely love the graphic that we got permission to use from the UIL office on the main page to the UIL Rules class.
